1. Why is the value of the products different upon checkout?
Kindly note we charge in Singapore dollars where we are based. The final price including shipping quotation is in Singapore dollars. This can be converted to your currency from your credit card or paypal.
2. Is taxes included in the price?
We do not charge taxes for our products in Singapore, however, depending on the taxation rate in your country, you might need to pay import duties and/or taxes. For such cases, our appointed delivery company (DHL and Fedex) declares and pays upfront on behalf of you and you will be charged the duties and/or taxes in addition to their handling charge if any.
3. Will I receive my tracking number?
Yes, all our shipping method comes with tracking. For Normal Courier, we use DHL eCommerce (This is NOT DHL Express) and this comes with limited tracking as once the parcel arrives at your country, it is up to your local shipping vendor to update the portal on the status of the parcel. Due to the pandemic, there is no compensation for loss/delayed packages by international courier policy. We strongly suggest you to use DHL Express for Fedex for higher value items.
4. Shipping Time
DHL Express - 1-10 working days on top of Handling time. Includes Tracking, Insurance purchased separately
Fedex - 1-10 working days on top of Handling time. Includes Tracking, Insurance purchased separately
Normal Surface Courier - Anytime from 9 working days onward. Includes Limited Tracking. NO Insurance
If you have selected any PREORDER items, your package will be sent out only when everything is in stock. Should you require a partial delivery of your items first, please contact us for shipping arrangements.
