Made using DC53 steel. Comes sharpened with an antique finish for a firmer grip. Slim french shaped teeth creates smaller, refined holes.
For 2.45mm and 2.7mm irons please select from 2, 6 and 10 teeth options. All other sizes come in 2, 5 and 9 teeth options.
2.45mm - ~10.5spi, 2.7mm - ~9.5spi, 3mm - ~8.5 spi, 3.25mm - 8 spi,
3.85mm - 7 spi, 4mm - ~6 spi,
14 teeth is only available in ready stock for 3.85mm. For all other sizes, the wait time is around 3 weeks from order.

These are an upgrade for me. They are as described , sharp and excellent and easy to get a good hammer strike.
These irons are so much better than the beginner set I had. The holes are clean and the iron releases from the leather easily. I’m really happy with the results I’m getting
These irons so far are worth every penny great quality! Very nice irons well polished tips with rougher handle for better grip. First practice stitches were beautiful!
I’ve watched and read all of the online reviews and how to videos I could get my hands on. I don’t think people realize the ginormous discrepancy between the useable, good and the CrimsonHide irons.
These Crimson Hide tools are next level and the prices do not even come close to what they are actually worth.
I bought the 5 prong French irons (5mm) to complete the set and it has been a joy to use each time while crafting! the 5mm space gives a nice robust and rugged look to my crafts, especially with thicker threads (0.7-0.8mm).
