This unique penknife has a patented pincer like front tip closure that firmly secures the blade to prevent wobbling while cutting. Now upgraded with a even more secure locking lever system and sold as a set consisting of one penknife, one box of spare blade and one free blade snapper.

The front loaded blade change allows for quick replacement of blade. Each penknife comes with a 30 degree angled blade made with Japanese alloy blade (SK2 + Cr) for making precise cuts with lasting edge retention. It is also compatible with any 9 mm blades. The steel body has a nice heft to it that feels comfortable in the hand. Our go to penknife for leather crafting.

    Snapp off blades

    There are times when I find a heavier clicker type knife is awkward for me to use. I have had one of these knives for over 5 years, yes brought from Crimson Hides when I bought my first irons.
    This order was just to purchase the blades. They are very sharp, the blade is locked in place to prevent it from extending or retracting causing possible harm.
    It is always in a handy place on the bench when I am working.

    Quick Deep Cuts
