A fuss free paring knife forged from a single high speed steel bar of HRC 64-66. Length of knife at 185mm from tip to tip and is 30mm wide. 

It has an effective cutting edge of 38mm with a flatten out tip at the top to prevent accidental cuts into the leather. This is sharp out of the box and is great for tackling soft and stretchy leather.

Please allow some slight deviation in terms of length as each piece is hand sharpened by a metal smith to a mirror shine.

    Easy to use

    Got the hang of skiving easily with this. Paired with the magic green compound (koyo green compound available on crimson hides website) it’s good to go every time!

    Quality paring knife

    Arrived looking beautiful. Workmanship is excellent. Had to slightly reform cutting edge because it was not cutting well as received. Otherwise a quality tool that I would recommend to others.
