The Stitchless Patterns Collection

The Stitchless Patterns Collection brings together over 15 leather projects that do not require any saddle stitching. The digital download includes PDF leather patterns for three wallets, a sling bag, a notebook cover, couple of trays, three curtain tiebacks, few keychains and wraps including the Cigar Rest keychain, and a bunch of small accessories - bracelet, bookmark, wine glass tags & coasters. The no-sew templates come with step-by-step assembly instructions including in-progress pictures to guide you through the build. THE PATTERNS

Important:

Measure and cut on the outside edge of the lines.

Print the pattern at 100% scale and verify size using the Print Accuracy Test.

The Lobster Wallet

Skill level: Beginner

Dimensions: 10/6.6cm (~3.9/2.6 inches)

Capacity: up to 8 cards and folded cash

Leather: 1.2-1.4mm (3-3.5oz)

Pattern specific tools/materials: 2mm hole punch

The Hammerhead Wallet

Skill level: Intermediate

Dimensions: 9.5/6.5 cm (~3 3/4 by 2 1/2 inches)

Capacity: 6-7 cards and double folded cash

Leather: 1.4-1.5mm thickness (3.5oz)

Pattern specific tools/materials: 1mm and 2mm hole punches

The Canoe Wallet

Skill level: Beginner

Dimensions: 10/8cm (~3.9/3.15inches)

Capacity: up to 15 cards, folded cash and even some coins if you must. :)

Leather: 1.4-1.6mm thickness (3.5-4oz), for the strap you can also use thinner leather: 1.2mm (3oz)

Pattern specific tools/materials: 10mm hole punch; 1 snap button of your choice for the snap button version of the wallet

The Patache Sling Bag

Skill level: Intermediate

Dimensions: 17.5/11cm (~6.9/4.3 inches)

Holds phones up to 17.0cm/8.5cm/1.5cm in size inclusive of the phone case you might be using. For example big phones like Apple iPhone 16 Plus and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL will fit in there with their cases on.

Leather:

> 1.6-1.8mm thickness (3.5-4 oz), medium to stiff temper for the body. You will need a leather panel that is 43.5cm by 14.0cm for the body (~18 by 6 inches). 2mm (5oz) leather will work too if you must. :)

> 1.4-1.6mm (3-3.5oz) thick leather for the Closure Strap & the Optional Card pocket and Washers.

> 130-135cm long leather cord that is 4mm or 5mm in diameter.

Pattern specific tools/materials:

> 5mm and 10mm hole punches

> 15mm hole punch if you will be making the leather washers. 13mm or 14mm hole punch for those will work too.

> 1 x snap button if you will be making the snap button closure

> The irons spacing for the optional card pocket is 3.85mm but you can use other irons based on your preference.

The Traveler Notebook Cover

Skill level: Beginner

Dimensions: 16/10.5cm (~6.3/4.1 inches)

Capacity: 2 x 5.5 by 3.5 inches Field Notes notebooks OR 2 x 9 by 14 cm Moleskine pocket size Cahier Journals AND a pen

Leather:

> 1.8-2.2mm thickness (4.5-5.5oz), medium to stiff temper for the cover

> 1.6-1.8mm thickness (3.5-4oz), medium to stiff temper for the pen holder

Pattern specific tools/materials:

>> 1mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm hole punches

>> 90cm (35 inches) of round 2-3mm thick elastic band (1/16 - 3/32 inches diameter). Note: some of those 90cm will be excess that we will cut off at the end.

The Batten Trays

Skill level: Beginner

Recommended leather:

> 1.6-1.8mm thickness (4-4.5 oz), medium to stiff temper

Pattern specific tools/materials: 2mm and 4mm hole punches

The Batten

Dimensions: ~12/12/4cm (~4.7/4.7/1.6 inches)

Capacity: throw in your wallet, keys, coins or whatever is in your pockets when you get home. Or it can even be a good companion for your work bench to hold some small tools or materials.

The Mini Batten

Dimensions: ~6/6/2cm (~2.4/42.4/0.8 inches)

Capacity: can be used as jewelry or coins tray as well as to keep in leather craft materials such as snap buttons, key rings, rivets etc.

The Curtain Tiebacks

Width: 4cm (~1.6 inches), length: various, based on desired loop length. Leather: 1.6-2mm (4-5oz), medium to soft temper

Leather: 1.0-1.2mm (2.5-3oz)

The Wine Glass Tags

Leather: 1.2-1.4mm (3-3.5oz)

The L Keys Hugger

Leather: 1.4-1.6mm thickness (3.5-4oz), medium to stiff temper.

Hardware: 1x snap button & 1x 15mm or 20mm (0.6in or 0.8in) Chicago screw

The Keys Wrap

Leather: 1.4-1.8mm thickness (3.5-4.5oz), medium to stiff temper.

Hardware: 1x snap button, 1x 5mm (0.2in) grommet (eyelet) and 1x split key ring (25mm or 30mm diameter).

The Keys Holder

Leather: 1.4-1.6mm thickness (3.5-4oz), medium to stiff temper. Hardware: 1x snap button & 1x 10mm or 15mm (0.4in or 0.6in) Chicago screw.

The Keychain Cigar Rest

Leather: 1.8-2.0mm thickness (4.5-5oz), medium to stiff temper with recommendation leaning towards stiff temper. Hardware: 2x snap buttons up to 12.5mm diameter & 1x 30mm key ring.

The Woven Bracelet

Leather: 1.0-1.2mm thickness (2.5-3oz). Hardware: 1x snap button

The Coasters

Small - 9/9cm (~3.5/3.5 inches); Large - 10cm (~4/4 inches). Leather: 2mm (5oz) and thicker

> Cutting dies (clicker dies) are allowed only through my licensed partner - Bradshaw Steel Rule Dies in Canada. Contact them on Instagram @bradshawsteelruledies and mention the pattern name to request a quote. They have all the files needed.

> Mass production of the physical products via any means is not allowed. Laser cutting is not possible nor allowed.
